There is such a topic sometimes arises when updating java. The treatment is as follows:
- We start the standard uninstaller (it doesn't matter what he writes and swears there) - we pass as far as we can
- Hand-to-hand we delete C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Java and C: \ Program Files \ Java
- Reboot
- Run CCleaner or another Windows registry cleaner, clean the registry - especially for Java
- Reboot again
