I would advise you TinyMCE. He is more famous, there is an official Russian club. TinyMCE is also more flexible, easily "accepts" plug-ins and add-ons (which are easy to write). If you have any questions, then drupal.ru will help you (if it is not in the already solved).
I spent a little time inserting TinyMCE into the php admin panel written from scratch, and inserting it into the CMS - well, you understand.
