Good day. Dear experts, tell a beginner why there can be such a problem - I upload the site to Denver, and the encoding is immediately lost in it. Ie, if I upload it to the server, then everything is fine, but in Denver - all Russian words are in the same encoding. What can cause this problem? Are these glitches devnvera or something else?

In apache, you need to make the encoding that you use. By default, Denver is win1251. Here are the paths to the configuration files. http://www.denwer.ru/faq/other.html#h30-14
To find the encoding, in the file search, type Add default charset.
