One lokalkhost, second paid host. Not that no other exact information about the execution time of the script does not give, that is, not that exact, rather different. For example, the same code can load as 0.1 as 0.3 or 0.007. To find the arithmetic mean is also not an option. If you run the same script after a while, there may be a completely different result. After tried through the cycle (much repetition of the same action). But still, the accuracy was not up to a second. Thanks for attention.
