On the emulator screen, a grid is always drawn, visible on a light background. How to remove it?

  • if the emulator window is moved left or right, the grid moves with the window or remains in place (relative to the monitor). - KoVadim
  • moves with the window - sercxjo
  • I tried to reproduce - for now. What version of the emulator? - KoVadim
  • Android emulator version 20.0 (build_id OPENMASTER-391819) under ubuntu 12.4 grid is a light gray faintly visible 8x8 pixels, the screen magnifier increases it, so this is not a monitor bug. - sercxjo
  • 8x8 - very similar to artifacts from jpeg. - KoVadim

Put another emulator skin . The network is full of skins, incl. to popular models of real phones

  • the grid size has changed - sercxjo
  • In general, it seems to manifest itself when the emulator screen is larger than the computer screen. Made the size a little smaller - the grid was gone - sercxjo

I did not set myself that goal, but when I created a project specifically for large screens using fragments, the grid did not appear, and I never saw it on small screens
