Using the margin and the padding div, the button-like element moves remarkably. As soon as I give the button the type input type = 'button', it starts jumping, and I can’t put it in the right place. How to move the buttons?

советую начинать плясать от *{margin:0;padding:0;} и кстати есть еще элемент `<button>`

The input button is perfectly styled. padding do not set the width and height further as with any block element
