Call when clicking on the number

Question

Tell me, please, the way in which you can give a visitor of a web page the opportunity to start a call after clicking on the phone number. It is assumed that the visitor entered the page via a mobile phone.

Is it possible if the phone number is not represented by text, but by a picture or via cufon?
