Hello!

I wanted to host the site from my machine using xampp. Apache launched without problems on ports 80 and 443. From the local address (127.0.0.1/index.php) the site looks great, but when I try to view the site using my IP or no-ip domain (primer.no-ip.biz/index.php), which is essentially the same, the browser (it seems even the Apache itself) notifies that the page cannot be found. The error is:

Access Error: Site or Page Not Found. Cannot open URL.

I use XAMPP 1.6.8. My IP is white but dynamic. The same mistake, if trying to go to other people. Tell me, what's the problem? I can’t decide on my own, I have been sitting with this for the second day. Thank you very much to anyone who can still help.

Ports 80 and 443 are closed for 2.60.213.48. Checked by ping.eu service

    • I have a different IP for a long time, I filled the picture yesterday. I checked the ports myself, they were opened otherwise apache would not start. - Veleslav
    • Generally order a dedicated IP and that's it. Look, I now have the address 91.124.99.139, and port 80 is closed from the "outside world". - Vyacheslav Kirichenko
    • There is neither desire nor finance. I ask all the same to seek a solution under these conditions. - Veleslav
    • So the amount is generally ridiculous, in particular, the Ukrainian operator Ukrtelecom takes about $ 5 a month. - Vyacheslav Kirichenko

Most likely, the external ip- address is not assigned to the network interface on your machine, but to some kind of gateway (the provider or you have a router, modem, etc.).

accordingly, on this gateway you should configure forwarding of the 80th port to your machine.
