Please tell me what are the ready-made forum engines (preferably free), which use xslt templates for display. Well, or if in another way, the engines that can return data in xml.

    Look to the side of commercial CMS, many of them use xslt. In hostcms for example, there is exactly a forum and exactly xslt is used.
