I tried to create a folder in the HDFS
file system using the command
./hadoop fs -mkdir /user/hadoop
and as a result received the following messages

The following is specified in the /export/hadoop-1.0.1/conf/core-site.xml
file:
<?xml version="1.0"?> <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="configuration.xsl"?> <!-- Put site-specific property overrides in this file. --> <configuration> <property> <name>fs.default.name</name> <value> hdfs://192.168.1.8:9000 </value> </property> </configuration>
I wanted to clarify in connection with the messages, did I specify the correct port? If not, tell me what you need?
