The question is: how to install windows, when linux is already installed on the laptop and it does not start?

I bought a laptop, I wanted to install Windows. In BIOS, I chose the priority of cd / dvd, I started it and at that moment when you need to press any button to start booting from the disk everything stops. That is, the starting CD appears ... ... and that's it! Then nothing happens. What do i do? Help...

  1. Check the data disc.
  2. Check the compatibility mode of the hard drive in the BIOS.
  3. Boot from the disk.
  4. Everything is simple there. ;)
