Hello. I appeal to knowledgeable people for help. There is a dilemma in front of me where to start learning Objective-C for further development under iOS . Prior to this year, wrote a web application in Java EE , that is, with OOP familiar not by hearsay. So I have two questions:

  1. Actually what literature to start with
  2. What do you think the prospect of developing for iOS , is it worth it? Or you should stay on the Java EE project. Or continue to study this and that. Thanks for answers!

The question gives rise to endless debates and discussions based not on knowledge, but on opinions. To get an answer, rephrase your question so that it can be given an unambiguously correct answer, or delete the question altogether. If the question can be reformulated according to the rules set out in the certificate , edit it .

A strange question of some kind .., first you ask about books, and then "is it worth it at all?" -
my opinion: not sure - do not fight!
    Here are the books:
    1) Stephen Kochan - Objective-C 2.0 Programming (basics),
    2) iOS 6 SDK. Application development for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch (examples).
