So, the specific question has ripened: where to start? I have never dealt with programming in general, including the web. Is not the abyss big and can one learn web programming without knowing the basics of Besik, CC +, etc.? If yes, then I would like to hear the advice of experienced developers and programmers where to start! Links to the database, textbooks and materials for noobs :) Thank you all in advance! :)
