In general, it's all about the settings on dev.twitter.com. For an application, you need to install a callback url and set a checkbox allowing login through this application.

After these manipulations, the PIN does not ask, but authorization does not work completely. For everything to work, use the latest version of ShareKit from the github: https://github.com/ShareKit/ShareKit The official site is not the latest version.
