You did wrong, you can’t change anything in bootstrap.css , in order to do it humanly, you had to insert the link to your style file below the bootstrap file connection and override the button color in it. It was necessary to indicate the state not only for basic styles, it was also necessary to specify colors for at least hover, focus, visited .
For example:
