I have been instructed to write roughly a dictionary in another (invented) language to one race. Everything, in principle, is on paper (about 1000 words) and even most of it is recorded separately in sound.
It is necessary to transfer the dictionary to an electronic form, and to do so in such a way that it would be possible to sort alphabetically , by type of word (noun, verb), types of numerals , etc. what would be (word in Russian) - (transcription) - (word in language) - (button to write the word) .
Moreover, that it would be possible to enter the whole sentence (with exactly those words as it was written initially (if for example the verb is in an undefined form, then the sentence in the request will be slightly distorted, respectively) internal search engine, I mean) and receive a translation, as well as a consistent sound track mix. As if in the form of a certain table, but in a separate window, that would run without add. Programs (preferably). In principle, the idea was to manually register via Basic or html .
The question is : can anyone advise the program, where would it be easier to implement it? Or is it better to write manually through basic?
