Partially in Horstmann this can be found. The book is called Java 2, in two volumes. There the most basic and frequently used. But it is better to still read the documentation in English and translate.

    • two volumes of Horstman read a couple of times! Shildu not even touch. - ProkletyiPirat
    • And why is Shieldt bad, if not a secret? I just study it myself according to Horstmann and documentation, and Schild wanted to study right after Horstmann. - Yuri_Prime

learn the language as books in Russian, as a rule, by the time the translation is completed are already stale. Only the original, only raw.

    • then in English can you say - Slavka_
    • one
@Slavka_, Yes, all the same Horstmann. Although if you are only interested in "classes and methods in them," then the Java Platform API Specification should suffice. - Nofate
    • If in English, then it is necessary to read the original documentation from Oracle and only it. Reference books are not recommended in Russian not because they become obsolete, but primarily because of good translators in Russia - sys_dev
