Hi, there is an application using asynchronous ajax requests, there are some problems with a slow connection. At the moment I debug on WAMP (windows+apache+mysql+php) and I would like to limit the speed to localhost say 64 — 128kb/s (2G, slow 3G) and raise the ping to understand what the trouble is and let's say create combat conditions. "

Dear developers, tell me, can there be any software or a plug-in to the browser to cut the localhost channel? I remember earlier in opera 9.8 there was a butterfly and something similar existed there, but now I could not find it ... and opera 9.8 is morally outdated ...

Options:

  1. Fiddler , just remember to configure it to intercept requests from localhost (or in the browser proxy for localhost). Turn on Simulate Modem Speeds configure rules in the script
  2. Google Chrome Dev Tools, Network tab, Throttling
