Hello to all. I added 94000 records to the database (it was long added, reading one line from the file) and it turned out that at the end of each record there is a \ r \ n. How to give a request to remove \ r \ n in each entry at the end of a line?

fields: id, slovo

Thanks in advance.

  • \ r \ n in the id and slovo fields? or in one? - mountpoint
  • only in the field slovo - FrancNet
  • answered. tested in phpMyAdmin. everything works - mountpoint

UPDATE table SET slovo = REPLACE(slovo, '\\r\\n', '');
  • UPDATE slovar SET slovo = REPLACE ( slovo , '\ r \ n', ''); like that, thanks. With shielding, \\ r \\ n did not want to. - FrancNet
  • strange, I have the opposite only with shielding and it worked - mountpoint
