So what's the problem? Do you know C / C ++, Delphi, Java? Take the code that you understand at least more or less and rewrite it in JS or PHP, if you are not able to write. And along the way, you can ask questions on this forum - you are more willing to answer.
A quick search did not give results, I also did not find a solution to the transport problem in php and javascript.
