Now I am thinking about creating a thumbnail for photo albums:

http://twimp.ru/?act=test

Dashel until this. Photos are dynamically substituted (by reference, they are always the same, but automatically generated) into the icon.

My friends answer this rather unambiguously, some say that they are better off thumbnails that are normal, i.e. just resize, others say it is so very cool.

So I ask the question - who saw what where, maybe someone liked what, maybe there are some ideas. Thank :)

  • Wow. Do you think there will be fools to distribute such ideas for free?) I would not)) - kirelagin
  • Hmm ... Well, I think that somebody somewhere just saw interesting things. - Alex Silaev
  • And, in this sense ... Then I definitely pass: I saw either when just one of the photos, or as a link (well, or as in Windows7). - kirelagin
  • The fact that now, do not see the picture at all, you can only guess if you saw them before. - psyhitus
  • That's why I asked a question, because now I don’t see photos, I just have some and that’s it. The simplest option is the thumbs, but this is the most common, but I want to do something unusual. - Alex Silaev

I would suggest both in Win7 there by the way 2 photos are used and I would make yellow folders, do not distract from photos and are more transparent to focus on the photo, and remove the shadow, too, it distracts. A more original image would not be a folder, but an album, for example, perhaps corners for attaching a photo or page on a spring.

  • The option was to make as palaroid pictures, i.e. with a frame at the edges, with a random angle of rotation on the plane. - Alex Silaev
  • As an option, a wide album with a curving title page and a photo on the first page, and all this at an angle. - Sergey
