Hello. I wrote a project on the android tutorial http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/AndroidListView/article.html#expandablelistview_example And I got both the menu and submenus. Then I tried to make the html file open when I clicked on the submenu, but I got stuck here - ExpandableListView.OnChildClickListener does not work. Looked for tips in Google - it did not help. Looked at the project.

You have 2 errors:

First, in the adapter class (line 47) you already have a handler for clicking on the list item. He does not give "work" to what is described in the activation. Just delete it.

Secondly, you have the 2nd activation in the manifesto is not spelled out.

Fix it and it will work.
