I tried about three libraries for this purpose and not one of them does not work - the library is not installed or an error occurs during execution. The easiest way and closest to the system (as I understand it) and often found on forums is the use of the pyobjc module. But I can not install this module:

pip3 install pyobjc

Install packages pyobjc.
