Well, what does " HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\ - all ok" HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\ ?

I decided this: I went under the admin, created a new user, logged out from under the admin, logged in with new users, logged out of the gov-user, again logged in with the admin, copied all the documents and stuff to the new user, all the old folders and SIDs in the registry crashed.

    1. If there is a domain, then Windows pulls profiles from the domain;
    2. New users are created ONLY in the domain, and not on the local computer;
    3. if, while in the domain, it is necessary to create a local account for some devil, then we are overloaded, enter under the LOCAL administrator of this COMPA and create the account in the usual way;
    4. Locally created accounts do NOT fall into the domain;
    5. Local user accounts are loaded fine if the computer is entered into the domain: when choosing a user account, you must indicate that the source of the account is the local computer function that has this name, for example, "komp1 (this computer)" if you want to enter the domain, then select the domain name for example "MYDOMEN"
