Actually there is OS Ubuntu, Internet with dynamic IP and domain that needs to be tied to a web server. Is it possible to do something like this? Maybe a proxy, or something else? If possible, then how and what is needed for this?

    You can register a CNAME on a DynamicDNS service in the domain, and run the DynDNS client on Ubuntu.
