MySQL has a setting --bind-address=IP . The docks say that
The IP address to bind to. Only one address can be selected. This is the last address given is used.
That is, you can specify only one address. Is there a way around this limitation?

According to the docks you specified, you can listen to either all, either one or not a single address. Therefore, it remains only to resolve all addresses.
bind-address = 0.0.0.0 and use a firewall to filter all unwanted.
