Create a job that will send the event net sent 191.168.0.1 "alarm"
It is even easier to do this through ready-made maintance plans (if you do not have sql express) there is a function sql mail, which sends a letter to the events (job completed / successfully unsuccessful, privygen resource, etc.)
You can also use the Event Entry (freeware) program, which allows you to send an email to the specified user by event in the event viewer.
