The principle is simple: if there are extended access rights, they are taken into account, and normal access rights are not taken into account, if there are no extended access rights, then normal access rights are taken into account. In other words, there is a certain order (priority) of application of the rules for setting rights (extended - ordinary), the first applicable rule determines the choice, the subsequent ones do not apply.
