Greetings.

After the last reboot of the Asus RT-N12 router, my ubunt on the Samsung SF310 laptop stopped seeing the access point. From the same laptop from Win 7 there is a connection, from any other device in the house too. From ubunt, there are a lot of other networks, I can connect to them (really a little :). No one has any idea what this may be connected with? I do not want to sit through a cable all my life now!

Well, I suppose that the wrong password is saved in NM, and it looks like black magic!

  • Black magic is not the word. I rebooted last night with "firmware from Oleg" - everything became ok. But I find it difficult to make a conclusion from this situation :) - Tim Rudnevsky

there was a similar problem, updating various libraries and firewood through sudo apt-get update && helped. sudo apt-get upgrade. If it does not help, I do not know)

  • My friend, I already answered with a comment to the previous answer that I already have everything ok. I even closed the question! ;) The problem was in the router, it seems, but it is well, very strange. Why, in this case, only Ubunt could not connect to it, for me it remains a secret with seven seals) - Tim Rudnevsky
