    It does not work because php-extensions do not need the right extension. There should be a checkmark in front of MySql and MySqli

      First, set the default encoding of the site to understand the cause of the problem.

        To understand what WP wants from you, put the .htaccess file in the root of the site folder or add AddDefaultCharset utf-8 to the existing line. This will at least make the message readable. Then we dance based on its meaning.
