I entered the laptop with a problem, when you go to any user immediately throws it back, installation windows do not start from the disks (the disks checked work everywhere), took the bootable USB flash drive as usual, started to install, but during the installation (the kernel debugger dll does not boot I remember for sure) the computer turns off before reaching the menu selection. I ask for help what it can be and how to solve the problem, thank you.

    First of all, write down some kind of Hiren boot CD on the USB flash drive and check the hardware, for example, RAM and percent, if everything is fine, reset the BIOS. write down the result until I think about what else you can do

    Check that the program is listed in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell . Check whether explorer.exe is infected. You can boot from AntiWinLocker liveCD .
