Hello. There is such a problem. I wanted to go to the admin panel of my site, and said to me that "the login or password is not true." I go to PHPMyAdmin, there the access to the admin panel is changed so: login is admin, and password: 6488ac60a2a7bc367f42b839f1649ab3: TeseL73UiujPrmIpBvXdQguBHR3aKe5B. What is this and how to deal with it?

I have bad news for you. A quick Google search on "6488ac60a2a7bc367f42b839f1649ab3" gave a link to a forum in which it says that the hash you specify is formed from "janganjadihacker". Check, if so, then you probably really hacked.
No need to fight him. This crypt is an irreversible string hashing. It is on the contrary good. Details can be found in the documentation for this feature .
For almost every CMS there are examples \ instructions for resetting the password for the administrator when encoding it in MD5.
1. Example with CMS Drupal
2. Example for Joomla
And even blanks ready passwords in MD5 .
PS Through queries to the database, you can do many things, the main password on the database is not to lose!
