The situation in brief is as follows ... There is a D-Link DES-3200-10 router configured with unknown ports, passwords and logins are unknown, the configuration and configuration of ports is unknown. According to the assembled manuals and tips, I do this: connect the console COM to COM cable, it's RS-232, open Putty, put the VT100 + option, then open the console in Serial mode. I take out the power cord from the router, then I insert it, the console is loading on the screen, then, as it is written in all the boards, at that moment when the console indicator stops blinking on the route. and the points ran in the console, I tried to clamp (Shift + 6), tried (Shift + 3), in general the result is the same - it does not enter into any factory reset and does not react, it simply loads the points, you are prompted to enter the login and then he doesn’t react absolutely to anything, to any keystrokes, but what is remarkable is that you can plug WAN and LAN into the last 2 ports, and the Internet will mean that they are not configured inside, and during the sentence enter in the console login, when there is no reaction, you plug in the WAN and LAN and the Internet still continues normally slave to give back. It means there are no problems with hangup, and therefore the reason for the lack of response to keyboard presses is unknown. Who can help with this narrow question?

  • Can the connector be badly decoupled, have you been able to send at least some thread to this console? - zb '
