There are two tips in the output:

  1. There are unfinished transactions remaining. You might consider running them up.

    Ie, to complete an uncompleted transaction, you must perform:

     # yum-complete-transaction 
  2. You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

    You can try to skip the “broken” packages:

     # yum update --skip-broken
