In the end, he does not see the monitor, although during installation he determines both the video card and the monitor. X Windows is not set. I downloaded a fresh Linux from the Internet, but of course it is impossible to install this installation. Please, help.

Try Ubuntu. With all its shortcomings, it has very good (for Linux) support, both in terms of drivers, and in terms of documentation for beginners.

But I would advise Russian Fedora Remix - in no way inferior to Ubuntu.
