    deleted in the desktop.ini directory and everything was decided.
    Those. binding-association with the "Portfolio" was spelled precisely in it.

    The portfolio may be highlighted in the transition area (left panel in the Explorer window). The solution is to drag the portfolio to the slave. table, then remove it.
