When and for which tags role = "presentation" is used ?

If I understand correctly, it is used for a block that will not be indexed.

You know such programs, such as NVDA screen reader, freedom scientific jaws, Apple VoiceOver, etc. So you should know that all these roles are intended primarily for such programs. So that they can correctly read and maintain interfaces. And on the visual part (which we look as usual, with our eyes, without programs), it does not change from roles.
