Hello.

I started learning Yii, but, unfortunately, in all manuals for beginners, the work is not from scratch, but from the pre-installed blog application, which already has its own models, controllers, components, etc.

Is there an example of incremental development from scratch?

    Update

@Artur Panteleev , he implements and explains most of the basic parts of developing a site using Yii. I do not understand what you mean by the word procurement, because Yii is the procurement for the site, here is the documentation for creating an empty Yii application.

    • @MasterAlex thanks, I’ll see some first lessons, accomplish your goal! And there he does from scratch or also on blanks? - Artur Panteleev
    • @ Arthur Panteleev, he realizes and explains most of the main parts of developing a site using Yii, I don’t understand what you mean by the word procurement, because Yii is the site procurement, here’s the documentation for creating an empty Yii application: yiiframework.ru /doc/guide/ru/quickstart.first-app - MasterAlex
    • I understand under @MasterAlex, what is created after this php YiiRoot / framework / yiic.php webapp testdrive command. There a whole blog is created there automatically, I would like to do all this for learning purposes. - Artur Panteleev
    • @Artur Panteleev, it’s not the blog that is created, but the structure of the site and the output is a simple site, many frameworks that I know create about the same from the box. If it hinders you so much, then delete these 3 pages (from models, controllers and views) and do not make a big problem out of it :) Worse, when you install nothing at all, and you need to carry out manipulations in order to guess correctly whether everything is established or not - MasterAlex
