In general, for the second day I have been struggling with the pHash compilation, but it still does not go. With Linux as a whole, there are problems, but I seem to be doing everything according to the instructions; as a result, there were a lot of files, and a lot of files remain. There is no extension file that I can add to php.ini later.

Maybe someone used this library and someone left a ready-made file that you just need to connect, share, please. Well, or help compile this infection.

Only an extension is needed to obtain perceptual hash from the images, all other modules are not needed.

Now Ubuntu. I don’t understand the developer at all, since the library is in open access, then why not just put the .dll file on the githab instead of the heap of files that need to be further compiled and compiled. :(

@Floyat , because the githab is the source code repository, there shouldn't be any binaries.

I can not compile because of the lack of php_logos.h , judging by Google, this file was cut in fresh versions, if nothing is formed before the weekend - try to raise the topic, I will play with the old versions / if.

In general, here in .tar.gz: / bindings / php / modules, I see quite a .so file.

If you have ubuntu, then you from somewhere not from there took the information that you need a .dll. .dll is needed for windows-machines, .so is used on Linux. Most likely, this particular .so's is incompatible with the current version of PHP and compiled for some 5.3.0.
