I have such a problem: the site is completely displayed on the bitrix, there are no errors in the browser window, just a white screen, when I open it to show the page code - it’s empty, I enter the admin panel - there is all the code, the admin works ... Error 500 may be caused by an error in the site code (but this is not the only reason for its occurrence). First you need to try to look into the server logs to find out if there is an error in the code, and if so, in which file or line. You can also try to allow the output of detailed information about errors in the .htaccess file (if you have a white screen, then surely such output is prohibited). And you can also try to just restart the server (if your hosting allows it), because sometimes it happens that happened, for example, a database crash (this is usually treated by a simple reboot).
