But how to change part of this ragged edge? (Change - change the color of a specific area.)

The fact is that it is different under all menu items (it starts from different places), i.e. make one picture of a ragged edge and put it in when: hover, then there will be a discrepancy according to the drawing.

    It is necessary to make the picture itself with the background for a ragged edge transparent at the top (invert). Those. In the picture, only the bottom (light yellow) part will be drawn, and the top will be transparent, and through it the background (red, orange or whatever) will be visible, which can be easily changed for the menu item, since it is in rectangular li, and this li below and under the ragged edge will be.
