I have such a problem, on the site I have a pop-up menu on javascript, CSS, jQuery. In Russian. When I added a photo gallery on the same scripts, but in English, I have everything OK with the photo gallery, and the menu instead of Russian shows questions in diamonds and the name of the page is Russian, also diamonds. How to solve this problem?

    Go to the page that does not display Russian letters. Look in the browser menu: View - Encoding what the browser took for this page. And from this you can already dance with a tambourine in the meta tags or the encoding of the page.

      As a rule, jQuery plug-ins in UTF-8 encoding work, therefore you also write UTF-8 in the meta tag of your page and save the file itself in the same encoding and everything will be OK.
