How to start creating a site design, if I am a designer, not a programmer?

If you are a designer, you should know where the design begins :)

I am not a designer, but I can assume that the design begins with a layout, then a color scheme and graphic elements.

Draw your site in Photoshop. The way you want it to be. Further there will be a problem of the maker-up. ))

Creating a site design starts from the task (TZ)!

In my opinion, it is convenient to work according to one plan:

        1. Design - draw the whole layout in Photoshop.
        2. Layout - make up the site, make it what it should look like; work with cross-browser compatibility.
        3. Adaptation for the engine - adapt the site for the php engine / ucoz, etc.

If earlier there was no experience in website design, you need to look at ready-made layouts, try to draw something similar, throw on any design forums to get criticism.

I believe that for starters, you can try to make a trial site. For example on yukoz. Well, and so above, everything says correctly. Only the option with photoshop will be a bit tedious.

          • Completely! There is a visual editor, and a lot of things can be taken from there when making a website on another hosting .;) - CHAT_ADMIN
          • ohh and here ?? do not advise is not in the topic, or you advertise yukoz ???? in the case, it is necessary to start with the TZ, then the layout, then if there is a desire, we learn html + css ... we typeset ... well, something like this ... - DemoriaN
