Given:

Accumulated the minimum possible amount for the withdrawal of money in the accounts of the application store and AdMob .

There is a Russian citizenship, a Russian passport, a paper card from AdMob -a, delivered by Russian Post from California (with pincode), confirming that I am a real person, that's all.

On the Internet, many different degrees of outdated information to the account of the withdrawal of income. Starting with checks delivered by Russian post and ending with contracts with US resident companies, which receive, take a percentage and send the developer a balance.

Possible Solution:

Right now I looked in the account settings - it seems like in both there is an option to specify the details of a dollar bank account, which allows you to receive money via SWIFT . It sounds simple - you go to the bank (I asked in Sberbank about opening an account - they only say you need a passport), you open an account => you send Google the details => you get honestly acquired ...

Possible problems:

Initially, either I messed up, or there was no such option - I was listed as a legal entity in the Play Market and changed (as I understood by the absence of the corresponding button in the account settings and how I read it in Habré) nothing (i.e. face). In AdMob -e is an individual.

Question:

Should I consider opening a dollar account to be sufficient and sending its details to Google to receive money from both accounts? What could be the pitfalls? What about taxes (income tax, VAT, etc)? Once upon a time I saw an article with a translation into Google of a Google Market contract with a developer, which, ostensibly, a bank demanded of someone. Is it really necessary too? Well, various little things like dates, for which "s / n" will come, are interested)

  • Yuri, do not tell me how you ended up doing? Has a dollar account been opened in Sberbank, at Tinkoff or another bank? Was it possible to withdraw money from Google Play in particular? Were there any other subtleties or problems or everything is quite transparent: do you drive in your TIN, account details and wait for the transfer? Thank. - Marat Gilyazov
  • @ Marat Gilyazov, I made the savings account. The money came from both GP and AdMob. Everything in the end was very simple. TIN is not needed. Only details. Here is a link with some details: hashcode.ru/questions/387921#387959 - Yuriy SPb
  • Is it possible to withdraw funds to a resident of the Russian Federation on a Latvian bank card? I just think it turns out that you need to register a Latvian account on Google Play, and tie up my card of the same country, I wonder how Google relates to such moments, or you can register an RF acc, but you couldn’t be interested in indicating a Latvian bank card ? - user33060
  • @Dragic, I am not an expert, but, I think, if you can do everything as a resident of the Russian Federation (and acc and the bill), then it is easier that way. And then, having received the money, transfer them to any other account. - Yuriy SPb

I decided it this way:

  1. We get the TIN in the native tax. It's pretty simple by the way. You can apply through the tax site - set a time and get a piece of paper with an INN
  2. We receive a Tinkoff bank card (not an advertisement!) - you can arrange it online, they themselves will arrive and bring to the office / home
  3. The card of this bank (unlike the Sberbank) is automatically linked to a foreign account (something like Chase Manhattan) - with all the necessary SWIFTs and so on.
  4. Go to the Google account and fill in the details + INN
  5. Oplya, and after a while smsk from the bank will notify about the receipt of the Tugriks on the card account. Tugs come once a month at the beginning of the month.
  6. Further, the most important thing is that once a year it is necessary to submit a declaration of income in your tax and take 13% of your hard earned money - otherwise wait trouble!

PS In terms of legal / physical persons on the market - write in support of Google and they will fix it.

  • TIN is, but I do not quite understand from your answer what it is for. For tax? And if for ideological reasons I want the Russian bank, then there will be no difference, right? - Yuriy SPb
  • As far as I remember - the INN requires Google - the rules for withdrawing money have changed several times, at some point the INN was required - now I can’t say for sure whether it is needed or not. - Barmaley

I contacted Google support. They reported that everyone always appears as a "legal entity" (in the merchant center), but in the tax information you can already freely, at any time, choose who you are: a transnational mega-corporation or an individual entrepreneur. About the INN said that they usually do not need it, especially if you are from the Russian Federation. And so they may require the US-analogue INN in cases not understood by me. They also added a buggy (Altai is specified by default) feature of the drop-down list with regions of the Russian Federation in the address, in which there is also Crimea and Sevastopol. They refused to give comments on this))) - YuriySPb

@Deadkenny according to the tax code of the Russian Federation are subject to the declaration :> individuals, residents of the Russian Federation on income received from sources outside the Russian Federation; To whom applies including. The revenues received from Google Play Google in the Product Distribution Agreement separately warn the developers that paying taxes is the concern of the developers themselves:> The developer is responsible for paying taxes to the appropriate tax authorities So you must declare income and pay 13% tax on the amount received. - Barmaley

@Barmaley, tell me how to fill in the details of the bank Tinkoff in Payments Merchant Center? In Tinkoff they ask you to fill in the payment base, but google will keep such a field. There is "For the subsequent transfer", but there are only 35 characters allowed, the footwoman from Tinkoff cannot be accommodated there :-( Thank you in advance for the answer! - user183705
