Just like many others. At the end of the second course I wrote a resume and sent it to a bunch of places. Many where I was sent to far away, as there was no work experience and my mode of operation was unclear .. but they took me in one place. And rushed :)

Late realized of course. Now the main thing is to adequately understand your capabilities. Do not chase a big salary. Go where you can gain experience. Now the main thing for you is not salary, but experience.

When I was not yet a programmer (I am an agrochemist by my first education), I generally distributed flyers in traffic jams. The first time I got a job as a programmer at the end of the magistracy, when I was finishing the corresponding retraining. The impressions are as follows: at first it is easier to get a job where they are engaged in some kind of exotic and are ready to teach it.

But I worked on different courses in various companies as a software tester, then I did not work for a year. Fully, on an ongoing basis, began to work only on the 5th year after sitting on the department, now I am programming the 3rd year in Java. I must say that I gained experience - thanks to my native electrotechnical university.

Now stayed in graduate school. Send interesting research projects.

PS In vain some criticize Russian science because everything depends on ourselves. For me it is better to work in a Russian organization, since Uncle Sema to work too many volunteers. And who will think about their own country if not us?

I just caught up late. She graduated from university and then just started looking for work. Half a year rushed from one place to another: I entered into contracts everywhere. If something did not suit - immediately began to look for work again. True, there was no particular choice: where they took it, it went there. I wanted to program, but usually by the word "programmer" the employer meant the single-name enikeyschik. And then it happened and immediately refused either because of the fact that there is no experience, or even because I am a girl). And so it went until she found a job she liked. Now I'm working as a web programmer and am very glad that I have found this job. Probably, not often a person can boast that he likes to go to work and he does his favorite thing there))

I started working on the 2nd course, on the 3rd I was already on an ongoing basis. Recently, the truth is already looking for me rather than looking for me, but it has been gained through a long reputation building.

I got a job when I was a second time on the 1st course. The group issued questionnaires, I immediately understood the questions for what it is. Thus, I became a sysadmin in the department, after half a year it became my official work with a salary.

I went to an interview at 1C and a web studio. In the first, they offered free education, with subsequent employment. In the web studio: work) So I became a web developer.

My first job was too late, after graduating from uni. A rather big organization, a good salary, a good job. But it really says that work should be enjoyable, or at least satisfaction. A good payment could not compensate for the boredom and stress. As a result, six months later, a new job: programming for iOS. Satisfies everything except salary. But it turned out that moral satisfaction is more important than the salary :) The university had a delusion that it didn’t matter what kind of work, the main thing was to pay well ...

Got a job in the second year. At the department, they recommended me to the information department, after which I got a job there. First, on a small salary for the experience, a laboratory assistant. Then he rose to the lead programmer, gained a good experience for the time.

I wrote a program - a kind of analogue of GIS, we saw some burzhuins - they invited me and it started ...

It so happened that the computer in my home appeared in the late 80s (the father was a programmer at some top-secret research institute, but he managed to bring home the “decommissioned” EU-1840) when the concept of a computer (and the computer) was unfamiliar to the people , and in general did not cause any interest among classmates and friends. With him began the study of DOS, BASIC and Pascal. Then there were difficult years associated with the redistribution of the USSR, years of hopelessness and stagnation. Already studying at the institute, I began to work in a warehouse in a fashionable restaurant - I earned my money, but most importantly - I received an invaluable work experience in a team, learned clerical work, responsibility, despite the fact that the profession was far from the one I dreamed of. All these years, the computer was next to me at home (no longer the EU-1840) and I spent quite a lot of time learning and practicing, although even at that time the restaurant’s accounting department did not have a computer, and only then the director brought the first DX486 in the history of Windows 95, which instructed me to train an accountant to work with Excel.

It so happened that I was lucky enough to meet my peers who worked at the advertising agency where I was accepted. Six months later, I was already working professionally at Corel and had my own work in the form of posters and 3D installations hung around the city, as well as brochures and other advertising paraphernalia. But I have not been friends with drawing and design since childhood, so I knew that this was not my field, where I was a purely technical performer, but not a creative worker. I forgot to mention: I was always fond of electronics and radio engineering. Therefore, he once submitted his resume to the company Ericsson, was called for an interview, but was not accepted (some foreigner for some reason asked me if I knew C ++, although, as it turned out later, this was not related to work at all, and future colleagues later said that it was pushed to ask me by the fact that one of the employees had a C ++ book on the table, which this foreigner had taken as a technology textbook that was allegedly used in their office). A year later, I again tried again, had an interview with another supervisor and was accepted. Ericsson served the local mobile operator, but a couple of years later, after reforming the contract between the companies, I went with several employees to work at the company itself - a mobile operator, where I have been working for more than 10 years today.

Here is a story about getting a job. I believe that if you want - you can achieve everything. The main thing - do not give up and learn, learn and learn again.

Through a foreign labor office, I went to the customer from my city, which, after one-time work, invited me to my web studio.

Found my first job on the 3rd course. Before that I studied java and android, tried to write my applications. A friend has already settled down in the summer of iOS by the developer and invited me. As a result, having successfully completed the task, I began working as an android developer.
