Found a solution. On the main page of the vorkbench (where we choose the connection) there is a field called models. To the right of this word there are three icons. It is necessary to click on the third (it looks like an arrow to the right), then select "Create EER Model from Database" from the context menu. Then I think anyone will figure it out. If anything, I found a video with a detailed process.
