I have one Wordpress site. I want to get a high rating of site speed in Google PageSpeed Insight . And there is such a recommendation - Remove the JavaScript and CSS blocking the display from the top of the page . How do i execute this recommendation for wordpress? I would be very grateful for any good advice!

In general, I suffered with this for six months and identified recommendations for wordpress optimization:
1) Enable cache
2) Optimize graphics (Image Magic Library)
3) Enable Gzip
4) Transfer js to footer and make asynchronous loading
5) Make the main CSS header natural, the rest load asynchronously.
