I have a repository on github. I clone it through SourceTree, but when I want to upload changes to the server, I ask to log in. I enter my username and password 100% correct. But it gives an error . Maybe because I still have authorization via SMS on my githaba?

Just getting acquainted with Bitbucket and SourceTree.

  • You would still include authorization through the mental channel. To work with github use either console utilities or its native client. And SourceTree - in the furnace. - KoVadim
  • I'm just learning how to work with Bitbucket and SourceTree. I usually work through my own client and work - Dima Kozyr
  • so bitbakt or githab? - KoVadim
  • I created a test project on a githaba, I sloped it over my computer to SoutceTree. Made changes and want to send these changes back to the githab. But it gives an authorization error - Dima Kozyr
  • you seem to have windows, then the easiest way is to use a native client or use a console. And so, it seems that you have not configured the keys for authorization normally. - KoVadim

In the case of a two-factor one, you can create a token to use instead of a password without having to receive codes in sms.

There is also a GitHub manual.
