Problem: the laptop does not connect to the computer via the web socket. Port 8889. Through localhost everything connects. Through LAN at least kill, do not want. In the firewall, the incoming connection is not displayed at all (on the outgoing laptop is displayed, it does not blot, but 0 bytes are transmitted). I created the rules, already cut the firewalls on both sides, nothing helped. Firewall windows off.

WTF? Where else to dig for further diagnosis?

Systems: on a computer (where the webserver) - vin7 x64, on the laptop - vinHR sp3.

the socket not on 127.0.0.1:8889 hangs? - etki
  • @Etki, hangs on it, the port is correct - kanaris

@kanaris, well, he listens to connections coming to ip 127.0.0.1, which is clearly not the ip of the real network interface. Hang up on 0.0.0.0 to connect from any interfaces, or specify the address of what is looking out. - etki
  • Antivirus is not worth it? Let him listen to the port on the ip network 192.168.1. * Well, or what's there in your network. Scan telnet'on or nmap'om - wh1te
  • @Etki, yes, indeed, it turned out. Thank you - kanaris

Most likely your server is hanging on 127.0.0.1:8889, i.e. You can access it locally - it listens for outgoing connections from the local machine. Hang up on 0.0.0.0 to connect from any interfaces, or specify the address of what is looking out.
