Just one project is planned, where you plan both a website on Drupal 7 and an application on Android (and perhaps not only on Android). And there will be an opportunity to enter information everywhere. And to facilitate data synchronization, the idea arose to use a GUID.

Or, if there are other ways to synchronize in this case, without using a GUID?
